Across GitLab, Splunk, n8n, and now OpenAI, I’ve worked in technical sales, solution design, and enablement. Those roles have kept me close to how organizations choose technology and get people using it.

I’m interested in architecture, reliability, and the responsibilities that come with running a system. My advisory work helps teams examine these questions before committing to a design.

I write, teach, and host Prompt&Play to explore how AI is changing the way we work. These formats let me explain technical ideas and discuss them with people from different backgrounds.

A system needs to make sense to the people using and maintaining it. That is the standard I bring to architecture reviews, training, and the way I communicate about technology.
