I work at the intersection of AI, automation, and technical enablement. I’m currently Head of Solutions at Dify, and my work focuses on helping teams move from experimentation to systems they can actually trust and operate.
AI, automation, and technical enablement
Over the years, I’ve worked across technical sales, solution design, enablement, and product-facing conversations with real teams solving real problems. That perspective matters to me: the most interesting part of AI is not the demo, but what happens when people try to make it useful inside an organization.
Moving from experimentation to systems
My work across companies like GitLab, Splunk, n8n, and now Dify has kept me close to the real problems teams hit when AI and automation move from demos into business-critical workflows. I care about the gap between excitement and execution: architecture, workflows, adoption, security, trade-offs, and what teams actually need to move forward with confidence.
Writing, teaching, and speaking
I write, teach, and speak about AI because too much of the conversation is still either too abstract or too superficial. I’m interested in helping people understand what is changing, what is not, and how to make better technical and organizational decisions without drowning in noise.
What matters to me
I’m less interested in hype cycles than in whether a team can actually understand, operate, and trust the systems it is building. That is the thread running through the work here: clearer thinking, stronger systems, and fewer avoidable mistakes.
