- Remembers your analytics and external-media choices, policy version and choice date. It does not identify you across websites.
- Duration:
- Valid for 180 days, then discarded on a subsequent visit or while the page is open. If storage is unavailable, only this page remembers the choice.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and controlled interactions. It receives connection data; form contents, email addresses and raw query strings are excluded. Advertising features are disabled.
The article-view counter records an aggregate total on idir.ai without a browser identifier. It runs only with analytics permission.

- Configured for up to 180 days, without renewing expiration on each visit; removed when permission is withdrawn.

- Purpose:
- Temporarily retains a sanitized landing page, approved campaign labels and referrer category for analytics.
- Duration:
- Used for up to 30 minutes, within the current tab session; cleared on withdrawal.
External providers
Audio and embedded content stay disconnected until you choose to play or load each item. The provider hostname and a direct link appear beforehand. You can remember permission for external media or allow one item on that page. A provider may use cookies, receive connection data and process information outside the European Economic Area under its own policy. Embedded scripts and redirects may contact additional domains; their storage and retention are controlled by those providers.
Use Cookie preferences in the footer or below to change or withdraw permission. Withdrawing analytics stops measurement and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and attribution data. Withdrawing permission for content already loaded reloads the page so its scripts stop. Cookies stored on another provider’s domain may need to be removed through your browser settings. Previously sent data cannot be recalled by the banner.
